Company Overview

Our History:
Kosmek Ltd. had its humble beginnings in May of 1986 in Japan.

Three years later, we were able to establish the US headquarters in September 1989 at Chicago, IL.

Kosmek’s philosophy is manufacturing a better tomorrow for the world.

We believe in harmony in innovation to improve your productivity.

Sample Of Our Solutions:

Kosmek is a supplier of automated clamping components to make your mold changeover more efficient.

Our magnet plates simplify the setup of mold change for injection molding machines as we replace conventional manual clamps and bolts.

We help standardize your process as our magnet plates can switch between molds of different sizes and shapes while creating flexibility on who can be the operator as clamping the mold is easy with a push button operation on our controller.

As a result, our set up helps make your mold change process safer as there is less time spent having to make adjustments between each mold changeover where an accident can occur.

If you prefer mechanical lock clamps, we also offer automated clamping systems for hydraulic and pneumatic feeds as well.

Please see more on our catalog for features, like our safety checks, and specifications.

Kosmek is also a supplier quick change automated clamping solutions for applications such as:

  • Die changeover for metal stamping
  • Mold changeover for die casting
